One of the most common complaints among a lot of people is that they don't have time to exercise. Given our fast-paced lives, we totally understand this, but exercise and fitness are a lot about attitude. You can include a little bit of action in your daily routine without allotting too much time to it, so it becomes manageable. Here are a few tricks that can help you sneak in exercise into your busy schedule, and move one step closer to a fit and fabulous life.
1. Move more:
Whatever your daily routine may be make sure you move around. Even if it's not continuous movement, your body will stay active and so will your metabolism. Take the stairs!

Park your car away from your office so that you can squeeze in a little legwork.
