#6 Red Face

Tingling and numbness in your hands is a cause for concern. Especially when it occurs when you are not exercising or writing at your desk.
If you have pain, numbness and tingling when you sleep or at rest, you may have carpal tunnel syndrome, which is a condition that involves pinched nerves in your wrist.
Dizziness is a complicated symptom because it is a sign of so many different diseases. If you feel dizzy, you may have low blood sugar or a heart rhythm problem.
If your dizziness doesn’t improve after you eat or drink something with a little sugar, it might be time to see a physician.
#3 Calf Pain
When you’re over 40, pain in your calves is less likely to be from your high heels. It could be caused by deep vein thrombosis, which is a blood clot that can travel to your lungs.
If the calf pain is accompanied by shortness of breath, see a doctor immediately, since you could be suffering from a pulmonary embolism.
