"Once you get into the habit of working out and you like going to the gym, you find that it can really be a stress reliever," says Alison Sweeney, a Days of Our Lives star and the new host of The Biggest Loser. Sweeney recommitted to exercising after giving birth to her son and returning to work. "The endorphins that are released when you work out, especially when doing cardio, are so good for you," she says. Sweeney's other stress reliever? "I love to read. I'm in a book club with my friends."
