And nachos,” she said.
Mexican food can be packed with calories, sodium, and fat (Jen’s ideal last meal could rack up as many as 2,000 calories) so order just one menu item per meal. Put a handful of chips and a spoonful of guac on an appetizer plate and stick to that serving instead of mindlessly munching.
